Quality Control

HSCL has installed a state-of-the-art Quality Control Laboratory at Taloja to ensure that products made at this facility meet international quality parameters. We have invested in best-in-class anylatical equipment of reputed brands like Mettler, Brookfield, Binder, Shimadzu and Instron etc. We have highly experienced and trained staff to conduct testing of incoming raw materials, in-process testing during manufacturing and finished goods.

We also carry out repeat and reproducibility study of the products made on regular basis. We have an in-house programme for checking the shelf life of the products and their properties.

All the test procedures are well documented with appropriate updates. Our laboratory has adequate features of safety for handling of chemicals and conduction of tests.
