Mr. Ratan Lal Nangalia is an Independent Director in the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, England, Fellow member of the Tanzania Association of Accountants, Associate member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. England and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania as an Authorised Auditor.
With over 40 years of experience, his career pattern reveals a depth of experience in all commercial areas including auditing, financial and management accounting, taxation, company and commercial law, cost accounting and the design and operation of management information systems. All his work experience has been in the developing countries of Asia and Africa.
