HSCL’s Taloja Plant has specially tailored reactors for synthesis and formulations. All required utilities like thermical oil, heating systems, cooling system, nitrogen generation system and compressed air are available. Programmable Logic Controller is used for process control and for ensuring batch to batch consistency.

Our new upcoming facility in Jhagadia is equipped with distillation system, dust and powder handling system, pneumatic conversion system, liquid transport, filling and packaging system and solidification system.

This new plant is also equipped with high pressure steam boiler, thermic fluid heating system, cooling/chilled/brine system, nitrogen generation plant, effluent treatment plant, and state-of-the-art facilities for synthesis and storage of raw materials and finished products.
